Irfan Pathan was the primary strike bowler for India for much of the time, in the last 2-3 years. Not only he was the main fast bowler but also he was a quality batsman. His batting kept improving, but his bowling went down. Now he can’t even manage a place in the team. It is rightly believed that a bowling coach can help Indian bowlers, as keeping a batsman coach will make the bowlers more and more batsman type.
